On the premise of making clear the requirement of customer, for the fulfillment of the contract, it is must to check on the technical target with relative department before the sign of the contract.
Mid service:According to the signed contract, we have a strict performance of it, and timely communicating with customer and arrangement of shipment, high standard and quality loading and offering customer the loading list and working in conjugation with customer to carry the cargo to fixed place and also the landing process.
After sale service:Termly arranging technicist to visit customers and listening to the feedback.. On the mass quality problem, we will have a meeting with the relative department for the processing method. With it we aim onimproving quality and satisfying the customer.
